'' With purity and with holiness I will pass my life and practice my Art'''
Hippocratic Oath
I grew up in a doctor’s family.
I know exactly what time-poverty and exhaustion mean to you.
I lived through it.
The missed dinners, the interrupted holidays, the immense professional pressure you carry daily.
What has always amazed me is how, in a doctor’s life, this goes hand-in-hand
with your lifetime passion for your science.
For your unconditional dedication to human life and prosperity.
My late father- Sotiris- was Head of Pathology in the remotest and poorest region of Greece.
It was his choice to come back to his birthplace and work in the regional general hospital,
the only hospital in a vast area of farmers and workers.
I remember the house phone ringing at 3 AM. Hasty steps. The door slamming in the middle of the night.
I remember him missing our birthdays and family celebrations.
It was always clear his medical calling was above all else.
Even his own burnout.
That was never an option.
I remember his silent tears when he lost a patient,
his frustration when the hospital’s scarce means would jeopardise a patient’s safety,
his absolute dedication to the Hippocratic oath,
his endless research for new treatments, his fellow team of doctors- his first family.
We came second. And I will always love him for that. For his legacy of a worthy man.
This is what I remember.
What common people remember him for is different, and not quite so.
His real genius for them wasn’t just his clinical mind- it was his tongue.
He could sit across from a farmer or a local worker and speak to them in their language-no jargon used.
He completely stripped the intimidation out of medicine and got them to trust him, follow his treatment plans,
visit the specialists he recommended and avoid worse future health.
Diagnosis and guidance through simple, effective communication.
He didn’t stop there. He had to act on prevention.
The diagnosis was not enough for him. There was no way out in many cases.
Preventive medicine back in 80s rural Greece was a luxury.
People had families to feed, they had crops to harvest , cattle to provide for.
They pushed themselves to the limit because life was demanding and harsh.
Sotiris understood quite early that language is a powerful tool.
He would take us kids to ‘kafeneio’-old people’s cafes- in villages on a Sunday morning ,
and while the old ladies were busy ‘feeding’ us, he’d talk casually to the men about their health.
Asking questions, among jokes and local dialect. He had a Socratic mind.
Asking the right questions- at the right time- in the right place.
Guiding people to reach the right conclusions and ACT on their good health.
He’d get them to visit the hospital, confirm his diagnosis and convince them to follow his advice
because they had to be healthy to continue supporting their families.
Now, the women back then were a different story.
They would only speak to a female doctor, in an intimate setting.
Sotiris had accomplices in that, too.
Female doctors in his dedicated team, trained in his methods of getting the most patients possible
to come and see them before it was too late.
Ultimately, it was his foresightedness that worked wonders back then.
Ultimately, it is the rise of preventive and regenerative medicine that led me
to choose the Healthcare niche in copywriting.
Because I’ve seen how effective and life-changing prevention can be for our healthspan and lifespan.
Because Sotiris- the doctor, the father- lives in me and demands me to act.
Yet.
What Does This All Have To Do With Your Business, Me and Direct Response Marketing?
Everything!
This marketing specialty acts like a healthcare professional.
Through Triage.
It is your clinic’s marketing triage system.
Just like an ER sorts patients by urgency, we categorize incoming inquiries based on
their readiness to book an appointment.
Instead of wasting time on ‘low-acuity’ onlookers, we automatically prioritize ‘critical, high-intent’ leads
who need your specialized care today.
Non-urgent prospects are safely directed to an automated ‘waiting room’ -through educational email sequences-
until they decide their condition requires your active intervention.
This mechanism optimizes your staff’s workflow, stops resource bleed
and makes sure your marketing budget translates into
measurable patient check-ins.
You do not need a YouTube studio, a Tik Tok strategy, or an expensive monthly agency retainer
to sell premium, cash-pay treatments.
Trying to sprint across multiple digital channels doesn’t make you look accessible- it dilutes your authority.
Premium, life-changing private medicine is promoted through simplicity and absolute trust.
You Only Need Two Digital Assets:
A one-time comprehensive project. A lifetime asset for your business.
This easy-to-digest perspective isn’t something I learned in a marketing course.
I inherited it. Through my MD upbringing. Through observation.
I am not a scientist, so I don’t speak medical jargon.
I am a seasoned linguist. My brain works in four languages.
I understand deeply cultures, language variants and levels.
I can talk to anybody. In their own linguistic and cognitive environment.
I am a copywriter who has built a service to be simple, measurable and entirely under control.
For busy, responsible, passionate Health professionals.
You don’t lift a finger as I ‘inject’ strategic assets in your current system.
These assets, when up and running, belong to you and can be used to drive leads and bookings for years to come.
My approach is not revolutionary. It is systematic.
Testing and measuring are core values in direct response marketing together with deep human psychology.
Decades of successful campaigns- in every possible industry imaginable- are living proof that this system works.
What's In It For You and Your Business?
You get your time back and your consultations fill with pre-educated, high-intent patients.
Your clinic's growth becomes your clinic's upgrade.
You receive rightful compensation for doing good, to do even more good.
You honor your Medical Ethics.
